Chimneys in Harrison, Mamaroneck & White Plains
From post-war Capes and split-levels in Harrison and West Harrison to big Colonials in Mamaroneck and city homes in White Plains, the chimneys here range from a single fireplace flue to a three-flue stack with a boiler and water heater.
Most calls are for a yearly sweep before the first fire, a cap that has rusted through or blown off, or a Level 2 inspection while a house is being sold. Near the Mamaroneck harbor, wind-driven rain and salt air are hard on caps, crowns and flashing.
- Yearly sweeps and camera checks before heating season
- Rusted or missing caps letting in rain, leaves and animals
- Level 2 inspections for house sales
- Flashing and crown leaks on older roofs

Chimney Sweeping
Soot, creosote and debris cleared from the flue and smoke chamber, with a HEPA vacuum running so nothing ends up in the room. Before-and-after photos of every flue we clean.

Stainless caps for single or multi-flue stacks, and a breathable water repellent on the brick. Keeps rain, leaves and animals out of every flue.
